I’ve found the product/service I require and clicked on ‘Add To Cart’, now what should I do?

You’ll notice that the product/service you have chosen now appears in your basket (the bright orange box in the sidebar). If you have finished shopping then select ‘Go to Checkout’, or you can continue to add items to your cart as you browse our store.

I’ve accidentally clicked on ‘Add To Cart’ twice. I want to remove it but don’t want to have to empty my cart. What should I do?

Don’t worry. Once you enter the Checkout section you’ll be given the opportunity to update quantities or remove items.

I want to find a specific item, how might I do this?

You’ll notice that we have already broken down our product and service range into specific categories listed in the sidebar. If you’d like to refine your search more then you can use the search box found at the top of every product page.

I’m being prompted to create an account before making a purchase. Why is this?

It is compulsory for ScriptStore customers to create an account with us so that we can manage your purchase efficiently and securely. All you need is an email address, a unique username and a password. Through your membership, you will also gain access to exclusive content from leading industry professionals? I’ve already got an account with you but have forgotten my password. When I try get a new password sent I receive the error: The e-mail could not be sent.
 Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function…

This is a problem we are looking to solve as soon as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience. In most cases you will receive an email explaining how to reset your password anyway. If you don’t receive an email after 15 minutes please contact us directly at info@industrialscripts.co.uk and we will endeavor to respond as quickly as possible.

I don’t have an account, but receive the warning: ‘ERROR: This username is already registered, please choose another one.’ How can this be?

This could be for a number of simple reasons: you may have previously signed up for our newsletter or attempted to make a purchase recently but not completed the transaction. In these cases your username and email may have been stored on our database. To test to see if an account has been created try using your details to login at the top-right of the page. If they are accepted you should be able to complete your purchase. If they don’t work then please contact us directly at info@industrialscripts.co.uk and we will endeavor to respond as soon as possible.

I’ve filled out my billing/contact details but are now being redirected to PayPal. Why is this?

To ensure our customers have peace of mind we use PayPal to complete all transactions. For more information on PayPal please visit www.paypal-marketing.co.uk/whypaypal/index.htm

But I don’t have a PayPal account?

Don’t worry. PayPal offers a credit card service. Simply look for this text and image.



I’ve paid through PayPal, now what?

A receipt for your purchase will be emailed to you shortly.

For those purchasing downloads, a separate email directing you to the download page will follow shortly after.

For those purchasing a script analysis: you will need to reply to the email with your project attached (as PDF, Final Draft or Word document). Our maximum turnaround time on all submissions is 3 weeks (although we’ll normally get it back to you much quicker).

For those purchasing a training course, pre-course material will be emailed to you well in advance of the course date.

I want to make another purchase, do I need to login again?

We recommend that you always login via the panel at the top-right of the page before browsing our site. Not only do you get access to our Members’ Area, but it also makes purchasing from us a lot easier.

I’m still having problems who should I contact?
