CONTRACT
When you complete and send us the online Submission Form you are offering to enter into an agreement with Industrial Scripts on the following Terms and Conditions. Following our receipt of your online order we will inform you if we do not, for any reason, accept and process your order. We reserve the right to reject any order as we see fit. Acceptance and processing by us of your order will create a contract between you and Industrial Scripts for the supply of the service(s) you have selected in your online Submission Form (which will form part of the contract).
MAKING A PURCHASE
Having selected the appropriate service from our website, please visit PayPal’s secure order form and complete the required fields.
Payment for the services of Industrial Scripts shall only be made via PayPal.
All orders are subject to our acceptance.
All prices on our website are subject to change without prior notice to allow for any increase in cost to us and are also subject to change with prior notice to reflect changes in the pricing policy of Industrial Scripts.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Industrial Scripts does not accept submissions by post, and therefore shipping charges do not apply at this time. In the event that you send us any materials by post, courier or any other means of delivery it will be entirely at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for the costs and expenses of return. If you do not pay such sums within 30 days of having been requested to do so we may at our sole discretion destroy the materials without further notice.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your report by email as soon as it has been processed and payment has cleared. You will normally receive your report within 14 days. International orders are subject to the same timeframe.

CANCELLATION PERIOD
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time up to 5 days after you have booked your training course or your project submission has arrived for analysis. To cancel, you must first contact us by telephone and e-mail advising us of your intention to cancel.
Once the report has been compiled and returned to you (via email), the project analysis service is deemed to have been concluded and subsequent cancellations will not be accepted – even if within the 5 day notice period.
You will not have the right to cancel the contract under regulation 10 of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 once the supply to you of the selected service(s) has begun with your agreement. You agree that the supply of the service(s) you have selected may begin before the expiry of the cancellation period given by those Regulations. The supply to you of the selected service(s) will begin when we have started reading the material submitted by you.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We will keep confidential any original material you send to us.

GENERAL
If you choose to act upon any advice or suggestions provided by us, such actions shall be entirely at your own risk and we shall not be liable for the consequences of such actions.
We are not responsible for any errors in services specification / services pictures or other information listed on this web site. We reserve the right to correct any errors that come to our knowledge in services specification or other information without notice and without any liability.
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in Industrial Scripts reports are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Industrial Scripts and that this contract does not give you any right to use the reports except in accordance with this contract and for the purposes set out on this web site.
You represent and warrant that all intellectual property rights in your submission are your sole and exclusive property, that you have the free and unfettered power to enter into this contract and that your submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.
The entire liability of Industrial Scripts arising from any claim under this contract shall be limited to the refund of any sums paid to Industrial Scripts by you.
